2nd Swing is the best place to get fitted for clubs, hands down! Aaron Roth and his team in Minnetonka are the most professional and knowledgeable in the business! Doesn't get any better! My family and I had the best experience ever and will never shop anywhere else! Thanks Aaron!!!

Went to get fit for new irons and a putter with an vague idea of what I was looking for. James Tracy spent two hours with me analyzing my swing and trying out different combinations. The explanations of the options available was very helpful as I would not have been able to make the proper decision without it. He made me feel very confident in my purchase and the fitting was more than I expected. I will definitely be recommending this store and James to anyone looking at equipment. I will be back to get wedges soon!

Simon and his staff are top notch; friendly, helpful, and not at all pushy. Simon took the time to asses my putting stroke and provided me with multiple putter options that would work for me. I test drove a few and found a great, practically new Taylor Made Daddy Longlegs Putter. It even had a "Super Stroke" grip added to it and we found a nice putter head cover to keep it protected. All of that for an extremely reasonable price. Great service and great merchandise! I highly recommend this place, and will be going back again for any future golf club needs

I had an excellent experience doing a club fitting with James. He was thorough and really helped me select the right equipment. On my next visit to the store I worked with Roshan who did a great job. He took his time, with no pressure which gave me confidence that I had the proper clubs working out of the store. Outstanding customer service. Thanks guys!!!

These people have far and away the best customer service! I called on the phone and asked if I could get a club fitting in 30 minutes. The gentleman who answered (I wish i can remember his name because he was fantastic!) said they are booked up but that they can find a way to get me in. I went in, and true to their word, Aaron helped me just as his coworker promised he would. I was ultimately there for about an hour getting refitted and had some clubs regripped in the process. I will definitely be back with these guys next time I need anything golf related! Far ans away the best people around!Thanks again!

The service and expertise by all workers at 2nd Swing is above and beyond any other golf stores in the Twin Cities. I recently worked with Thomas for club fittings and Tyler for a putter fitting. Both took their time during the fittings to narrow my misses and talk through what would work best for me. I would recommend 2nd Swing to all golfers, no matter your handicap, as they are the best club fitters I've ever worked with.

I went in for a club fitting and was absolutely blown away by the professionalism and expertise of their staff. Scott Johnson was able to get me fitted with the perfect pair of clubs that helps suit my game. The best part of the entire experience was Scott's ability to explain and walk me through the reason's for the adjustment's he was making. This really helped me get a better understanding and feel for the clubs I was hitting. From learning the science of how I was hitting and improvements I could make to having no question unanswered from the second I walked into the store, my overall experience was fantastic. I will definitely be doing more business with Scott and his staff and 2nd Swing in the future.

Last week i had a driver fitting with Mike Oliver. Mike was great! Easy to talk to, he answered all of my questions with his own experiences and knew all of the products that he put in my hand to hit. He took the time to look through the whole store multiple times to find the right driver that he knew would work perfectly for me. Once he found it after about 5 swings I knew it was the driver for me. All of the staff there is great to work with and easy to talk to. They always have an answer to questions and if one can't answer a question they finds the right person who can.

Unlike other golf retailers, 2nd swing is focused on the customer experience and the goal of finding clubs that fit your swing rather than just closing a sale. Tyler took me to the tour van and ran through the numbers while making adjustments in loft and shafts along the way. He brought me back to the store and had three clubs ready for me to hit. One of which I purchased and I love it, but the customer expiernece is second to none. Golf is a difficult enough game as is, don't make it harder by playing with clubs that aren't fit for your body/swing. Knowing I have a driver that fits my game is a huge confidence boost as well, especially when it was a couple hundred cheaper than the other golf retailers.

Shopping for golf clubs at the big box stores has made me apprehensive when approached by in store sales staff. NOT the case at 2nd Swing in Minneapolis!!!!! I was looking for a putter, one that felt a little better in my hands. I was casually approached by a 2nd Swing associate who talked to me about my game, my style, what I want before making any suggestions on a brand or style. He also fitted me to a great putter that I am very happy with. I was impressed with the focus he placed on my game versus the sale. Because of that experience, I also signed up for an iron fitting. I had previously purchased a new set from the big box store but was still able to get them fit at 2nd Swing. I was impressed again by the staff's focus on my game and how he used the simulator to adjust the clubs I purchased elsewhere. I also picked up a 3W!!

Scott Summers fit me for all but a new putter today. Took enough time to understand what I needed, made appropriate suggestions, and nailed it on the head. I ended up with OL Cobra F7s, and a Cobra fairway metal all slightly used. Bought a new Ping G400 after trying several drivers.I traded in my old TM Burners and RBZ metals. Went immediately to my club and practiced with them. I am VERY pleased with my new clubs and with Scott and HIGHLY recommend 2nd Swing to anyone. I visited 3 of the 4 Golf Digest top fitters in the Phoenix area and chose 2nd Swing. Glad I did!

Chris Curley is extremely knowledgeable and is also a great communicator. His customer service skills know no bounds and deserves a gold star for going above and beyond. My driver broke and he was able to remedy a solution with the club maker. I was searching for a rare wedge and he requested it be added to the store inventory so I could make a purchase. JUST FANTASTIC!

I went into 2nd Swing for the first time to trade in some clubs. They were very nice and knowledgeable about the clubs. Also, gave me a good value on the clubs and got store credit. I have gone back for a putter and the fitter (John M.) was great. He put me on video and bent a putter to fit me. I had no idea of what went into fitting a putter but he explained what he was looking for when it came to lie and lofts. I will definitely go back for other clubs to get fit. Alot of clubs to choose from and have great prices.

Their master club fitter Al Murdock spend almost two hours with me fitting me to irons, woods and putter. I found him to be very knowledgeable, patient and helpful in assisting me in making the right choices in clubs. I would highly recommend this store as they also have a great selection. I got the clubs I wanted at 1/3rd the cost I thought I would spend.

I have purchased several clubs from 2nd Swing - Scottsdale AZ in the last couple of months. The staff is very accommodating and provided fair trade in values on my older clubs. Al Murdock went the extra mile in fitting my new irons and wedges to my swing. His fitting knowledge helped identify a need for flatter lie angles in my irons. My ball striking immediately improved and ball flight was much straighter. 2 big thumbs up Al! I will be spending my golf equipment dollars at 2nd Swing.

Recently I cleaned out my garage and brought the clubs to 2nd Swing to see what I could get for them. I was greeted at the door by several of the associates and I explained why I was there. I worked with an associate that was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I traded in all my clubs and got a very reasonable amount for them. I didn't purchase anything that day but returned to the store in the hopes of purchasing a Scotty Cameron putter. I found one that I liked and an associate did the fitting for me. They did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable and took his time during the fitting to get it right. He answered all my questions and was very professional. Overall it was an excellent experience. I have already told some of my friends to check the store out. I will definitely go back.

After a large gambling win I wanted a new Scotty Cameron putter. I knew I could count on 2nd Swing having many options both new and used. I've purchased many clubs here in the past and always had good experience.They're super low pressure and that fits my style.

The clubs I ordered were just what was advertised online, and at half the price from our local stores. I replied. Jason called me. We discussed our options. By end of day, he had shipped me a NEW SHAFT. 2nd Swing went above expectations. I WILL DEFINITELY be a customer! Thanks 2nd Swing & Jason!!
