What is your return policy?

Our store return policy differs from our online policy. Any used clubs purchased within our retail stores have a 30 day play guarantee. This allows you to bring the club back within those 30 days for 100% back in store credit (subject to store approval).

How much does it cost to get a fitting done?

FREE for all clubs that are purchased at 2nd Swing. Any lie angle adjustments are also FREE! If the clubs were not purchased at 2nd Swing, we are still happy to fit you, but there is a $30 charge (includes lie angle adjustments)

Does a headcover come with the club I purchased?

Headcovers are not included with the purchase of a club. We do offer headcovers for $9.99 with any club that is purchased in the store.

Do you accept checks?

2nd Swing Golf does not accept checks as a form of payment.

Do you take Trade-In's?

110% Yes! We welcome the opportunity to work with you on your trades. No matter if you're looking to purchase something today, or building store credit for that future purchase we would be happy to work with you to provide the best price around on your clubs.

Can I sell my clubs to you?

Yes, we also allow you to sell your clubs outright to 2nd Swing Golf. A corporate check would be sent to you that takes up to 10 days to process. The check value is less than the trade price (so it's more worth your time to trade them in!) and varies during the year. Please call the store for what the check rate is.

Can I get a quote for my clubs over the phone?

In order to provide the best price possible to you, we need to see the equipment in the store. Without seeing the clubs it is near impossible to determine the value. Next time you're in the area, stop on by with your clubs and one of our store associates will provide a quote for you.

Can I buy new clubs at 2nd Swing?

Absolutely! We carry many of the major manufacturers within our stores including Ping, Taylor Made, Callaway, Mizuno, Cobra, Sky Caddie and many more.

Can I custom order clubs?

We pride ourselves on fitting you properly. If you need a custom set from one of our vendors we will order it for you and have it here in a timely manner.

Can I get my clubs re-gripped?

We do offer re-gripping at both of our locations. We carry a small selection of grips in the store and one of our associates can re-grip your clubs for you.
