2020 Bettinardi BB Series Putters

Robert Bettinardi has been designing high-end putters for nearly 30 years now, but he is probably best known for his BB series, which made its debut back in 1999. Since then, there have been regular updates to the BB line, both in terms of shapes, technology, and finishes. What never changes, however, is the elegance and craftsmanship with which BB putters are developed, and new for 2020, Bettinardi fans will have four new BB models to choose from.

Of the new models, the BB1, the BB1 Flow, and the BB8 are blade designs, while the BB45 is a rounded mallet. Each BB putter is precision milled from premium carbon steel, and the BB series is known for its Super-Fly face milling, which was designed to deliver a responsive impact feel and exceptional speed control. The new BB models also feature, as usual, a stylish look, featuring a Glacier Black finish along with a red, white, and blue paint scheme.

Perhaps the most elegant, however, reside within his Queen B line, which pairs aesthetic beauty with incredible playability, the latter of which comes from a slightly heavier head weight that gives golfers improved stability at impact and better performance on mis-hits.

Between the new Queen B 5, 6, and 10 models, there’s a head shape to meet the needs and preferences of any golfer. Each QB model has been precision milled from a single block of soft carbon steel to provide exceptional feel and feedback, and also highlighting the Queen B lineup is a face milling pattern that provides a slightly firmer feel, which is intended to give golfers the feedback they need to improve their speed control.

Bettinardi 2018 BB Series

For decades now, Robert Bettinardi has been lauded as one of the most innovative putter designers in golf, and his products have been known through the years for their exquisite craftsmanship and stylish looks. That trend will continue in 2018 with the release of four new BB series models, including two blade designs and two mallet designs, each of which has been created to offer players exceptional feel and a tour-proven performance.

Of the four new models, the BB1 and BB29 are the blades, and each of those options will be a great fit for players who have more moderate arcs in their putting stroke. The BB39 and BB56, meanwhile, are mallet designs, and with less toe hang than their stablemates will work well for players who have slight arcs in their stroke or prefer a straight back, straight through method.

Bettinardi Wedges

When it comes to wedge design, 303 stainless steel, although universally regarded as a premium material, isn’t one that’s typically used in wedges. That said, Robert Bettinardi, the founder of Bettinardi Golf, believes that 303 stainless is the ideal choice for wedge construction, as it offers an impressive combination of durability, forgiveness, and feel, which was the foundation for creating the new H2 303 SS wedge line.

H2 303 SS wedges will also fit a broad group of golfers. They have a mid-bounce design that will work well with any turf and sand conditions, and they will also be a great fit for players with shallow and moderate angles of attack. The C Grind sole of the H2 303 wedges also ensures that players will have the versatility needed to play shots around the green with an open clubface.

Bettinardi Queen B Series

An entirely new design based on feedback from Tour players around the world, the Queen B Series is the advancement of a classic mallet design with enhanced perimeter weighting, isolated in the rear bumpers and a squared profile. Its quarter toe hang will be favored by those with a slight arcing stroke while the Micro Honeycomb milled face delivers a muted, yet crisp feel at impact. Milled swarming bees accompany the timeless satin silver finish on the sole and a beautiful black and yellow paint scheme.

Bettinardi iNOVAi Series

The 2017 Bettinardi Inovai (pronounced in-no-vai) series is the product of two decades worth of investigation and progression of putter designs from the Bettinardi brand.
